The laundry room is another favorite in this project with the unique gray green color– Farrow & Ball “Pigeon”. Built-in desks are a great way to perfectly utilize the space here and we packed in lots of storage with upper cabinetry and open shelves as well. Mutli-function rooms are very popular because they’re more useful on a daily basis. This laundry space is ultimately like a mudroom, craft room/office AND laundry room all in one! A great place for getting homework done too since it’s right off the kitchen! The brushed brass handles are the perfect finishing touch for these beautiful shaker doors as well!
In the family room area the simple wood floating shelves add great detail and a customized feel. They tie in with the back of the kitchen island and also the open pantry shelves to give the space balance & warmth.
