Capitol Kitchen

About This Project

A beautiful home set on the hill just above the Capitol, this project was a complete reconstruction of an older outdated home. The project was shown in the Salt Lake “Parade of Homes” and was a collaboration of ideas from the builders, designer and home owner. I wanted the cabinets to have a transitional modern feel to compliment the very open space with high ceilings and large panoramic window views of the cityscape. Multiple mediums were used including reclaimed barn wood, walnut, rift white oak, raw steel, and various colors of painted slab fronts.
